Just how bad is the mail right now?

I thought Canada Post was starting to turn the corner and get somewhat back to normal but my mail has ground to a halt again. Some tracking numbers are sitting idle for going on two weeks. I've got about $1k worth of cards just wandering the cosmos right now.

Right now all my US shipments have arrived but none to Bc yet

I had a package leave the distribution centre in Los Angeles on May 26th, it made it to Customs in B.C. on July 3rd. I was starting to think I should just write it off as lost.

Same with me. It was May 31st it left and scanned in Mississauga July 3rd.

Shows as it should be arriving today. We will see.

Nothing lost so far but a four to six week wait for bubble mailers that have to go through the problematic sorting plants (Hello Montreal) is the new norm.

I think anything coming from the US to Canada was being held/isolated for a couple of weeks at the border. Every shipment I got from the US lately took roughly a month in total and always hung up on the customs phase.

For me, anything being sent out of Ontario is taking forever, currently waiting for a package from north-of-7 sent April 30th, but Nova Scotia/PEI to Edmonton is 3 days normal mail

Seems a little random I've had 2 deals with hammerhawks, Calgary AB to the Indiana, through the lockdown arrive in 2 weeks via bubble. But a recent one which is a larger set in parcel form going over 5 weeks now. Other times I have a bubble mailer from Calgary to the east coast take 5 days.

NOT only Montreal but Mississauga is having sorting issues.
Oakville thru Mississauga to Cornwall, ten days for card to get here, Xpresspost.
Locally, the PO is sorting mail on weekend to catch up with weekday deliveries.

I had an Ottawa to Ottawa deal take over a month to arrive, so you can just imagine how the rest has been......

Just got my package from the US that was mailed May 15 and was tracked.

I also received packages that were mailed in Canada. One in Ottawa and one in Nova Scotia.

Very random indeed.

You jinxed it! I got it today! LOL

I just got cards from California that were sent 40 days ago. With that being said, last week I got a card from Vancouver in 6 days.

Card mailed from Quebec to my home in Ontario mailed April 16th just arrived this past Friday. I could gave walked it 10 times faster, lol. Oh well, I got it and that's what matters. ;) -Mike

I think my biggest issue is stuff like this:

Jul 6, 2020
4:41pm
Item out for delivery.
OTTAWA, ON K1C 1L0

It showed this at 12 pm today (almost 5 hours prior to when it was apparently out for delivery) and I didn't receive anything today

First delay I've had since the BUG hit.
2 items for Canada sitting in Miami since the 24th of last month.

tracking status reads on Step 2 - In Transit is in RED,

INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH READY
ISC MIAMI FL (USPS), 33112

Hoping I don't have to make a refund & then the items get shipped, have a feeling this is going to be a nightmare.
