i noticed that right away as well, thats why i dont trust game worn cards.... especially itg game used cards because of certain things ive noticed

I love the gold foil used around the patch swatches. I hope theres no QC issues with it, I can see them chipping...anyway, yea that Vanek card is a head scratcher lol! Nice stuff though all around.

UD's done this type of thing on a semi-regular basis.

The very small number of occasions where there has been an error on an ITG memorabilia card, Dr. Price has apologized forthwith. Nothing from the people in Carlsbad, however.

On top of that, it's a CCM patch. Vanek's rookie year was 2005-06 and it's my understanding the Sabres have worn RBK ever since then.

As I mentioned in the other thread - some players - particularly the biggest players will wear a goalie jersey - they're wider in the body, and tighter/shorter in the sleeves. Especially since the use of the Edge jerseys - they are tighter but not necessarily as tight as the Nike Swift jerseys

Those smaller tags still are CCM - the Reebok logo is only on the back of the yoke and on the big tag it says Reebok by CCM

That's a big goof if it's really from the wrong jersey -- and on one of the headline-level cards that they're using to promote the product in pre-release. That should have never made it out of the manufacturing room.
