I went the the FIFA Fan Fest at Dallas this weekend and walked around and then for something more to do, stopped by the local and busted three blasters of OPC Platinum hoping to hit a yellow Schaefer or Devmidov. Not even close. Platinum the last three years, has not treated me well.
I said I was finished with Extended but I had some extras cards laying around and asked if I could trade them in on a box of Extended as nothing else interested me. Sure, deal made and the store opened up a new case as only two boxes remained on the shelf.
Deal:
Well, that was an excellent box so I got a crazy idea that maybe today was my day. But again, after pulling the Misa jersey card I said I was done, but I am weak and wanted another shot. After all the store got in 9 cases and there might be two jersey cards in inventory.
Box bought and hit this card:
I wanted this canvas and planned to buy it on eBay.
Two packs left in the box:
Could not believe my luck, Acetate Matthew Schaefer Young Guns.
Told the guys, now I have to be finished with Extended. Doesn't get much better
