Seriously, who deals in BV anymore? Sorry to hear you went through this OP.
I am sorry for your not being satisfied, but really what else does a manufacturer have to go by other than BV in beckett. That is supposed to be the Hobby bible isnt it? So antiquated or not , put yourself in the manufacturers shoes. Sadly this is a great representation of you just cant please everyone.
I give UD customer service an A for effort for at least attempting to "make you whole"!
agree with this.IMO, that's the gamble you take opening wax - some cards are mint others not. Expecting UD to swap a nr/mt for a mint issue is not something they should be doing. If the card had major production issues then that's a different story...
