As most of you know I love international basketball so the Olympics are one of my favorite basketball events. Anyone else going to tune in and follow the games?

Definitely. I am going to be into most of the Olympics in general (opening ceremonies last night were astounding).

i heard it was the most watched sporting event "of all time" for the China vs USA game.
If it were true I don't think that would be hard to believe... anyways it was awesome when Yao sunk that 3.

The Spain VS China game was awesome. Anyone else watch it out?

It was a pretty good game. China was up 14 (I think at one point in the third quarter), but wow, China just fell apart. When Yao fouled out, I thought that Yi Jianlin was going to be the go to guy, but then he seem to fade too.

The Spanish team used its deep bench to out run team China. Yao and the other Chinese players really ran out of gas. The played very sloppy in the 4th and turned the ball over a lot. A great win for the Spanish team.
