At what level should I set my expectations

OK, a good friend of mine just dropped of this card for me to try and sell for him at our local show on Sat.
.I honestly do not know what value I should expect to get for the card for him.So for all you grading experts
and people that buy and sell a lot,PLMK your thoughts on what I should expect to get for this card in a straight
sale with no trading. PLMK your thoughts.Thanks.

I paid $291 US for the same card without the oc about 8 months ago. I think you would be looking at between $200-$300 Cdn for it. I will offer you $200 for it if you want to sell it now.

The (OC) drops the value down about 2-3 grade levels. So it would probably garner around the equivalent of a PSA 6 if that helps.

That was likely a great deal.This PSA 7 sold for twice that amount.I know he will not sell it for that amount.Thanks for the offer.

A PSA 6 sold four months ago for $162.50US plus shipping. Another sold for $239US. You're likely somewhere in between.

The last PSA 7 sold (tracked by PSA) was at $259 US. I would say that caps the high side for you.

There is an PSA 8 listed on ebay right now for $533 US and it's not uncommon for the drop off to PSA 7 be 1.5-2.0x and the drop from 7 to 6 will also be 1.25-2.0x depending on the player or population.

I would guess your best bet is somewhere in the $150-225 US range ($200-$300 CAN). You may get something a bit higher from a specific collector, but the qualifier is a limiter.
