Carolina Hurricanes New Third Jersey

I'll chime in that those don't really do a lot for me. It would be interesting to hear what Staal, Gleason and Ward were saying because the looks on their faces say "they're making us where these this year?".

Hurricane Watch

A hurricane watch (HWA) is issued for a specified area for which a hurricane or a hurricane-related hazard is a possible threat within 36 hours. Maritime flags indicate this with a single square red flag with a black square in the middle.

The purpose of a hurricane watch is to inform families to obtain supplies, secure your home, and be prepared to evacuate.

A hurricane warning (HWW) is issued when a hurricane with sustained winds of 74 mph (65 knots, 118 km/h) or higher is expected in a specified coastal area in 24 hours or less. Maritime flags indicate this with two square red flags with a black square in the middle of each.






1 flag indicates a hurricane warning 36hrs in advance.

Are we really questioning this? What's the big deal. We have a penguin wearing a scarf, skating and holding a hockey stick for a logo. A shark chewing on a hockey stick. A blue maple leaf. A Kings logo that depicted a queen's crown for the better part of a decade and red spoked tire with wings!

A hurricane/tropical storm flag is the least egregious thing out there in the NHL. Don't get me started on other sports.

A penguin wearing a scarf or a blue leaf are shear brilliance compared to a logo that resembles a toilet flushing.
