I'm going homer on this one, LA Kings.

We all know it's rigged right? Haha

Bettman needs a big pick to go to his west coast darlings in the major media market of LA, instead of sending the top pick to the quiet Rocky Mountains. He did the same thing a couple years ago putting #1 across the river from his office to a team that needed a "star" versus, again, the Avs who already had MacKinnon, Rantanen, Landeskog, etc. That may have backfired though as Makar may end up a better player than Hischer.

But I digress, Kings with the first pick!

It's not for 2 reasons.

One, I said MAY end up being better, I said may, not IS.

Two, and no offense pal, but a great defenseman is a MUCH better find/more valuable asset than an offensive forward which are way more plentiful. You should know that?
