Ok, hypothetically speaking. The buyer is only requesting a refund due to the damage caused by shipping. He circled the damaged areas, and they are EXACTLY the same as in the original scan, only the case was damaged, and the buyer noted the only damage being the 2 small stress creases. So basically his claim that the item was "not recieved as presented" is BS right?
Just think deeply into this, not whether or not I listed it any way, the fact that he is arguing it was not recieved in the same condition as it was described, which in fact, creases or no creases, it is EXACTLY the same.
Then we can move onto issues like whether or not he wanted insurance/registered mail, or the main fact of why he bid if he was unsure based on just a scan and no description.
I listed the card and felt I did not need to list that as "damage". Not only is that common for those types of cards, it was COMPLETELY visible in the HIGH RESOLUTION scans.
I rest my case, anyone who cannot see these points needs to wipe their monitor clean, how I should be held accountable as the seller is ridiculous. I did not force the bidder to bid on my auction...period.
