Some might disagree with me but when we send a player cards that he has agreed to sign, those cards at all time are the property of In The Game.
If the player decides not to sign the cards for us for whatever reason, that does not make the cards his to do with as he pleases.
In each package of cards we send out is a return FedEx, if the player chooses not to sign the cards, he should return the unsigned cards to us using the return FedEx.
Under NO circumstances are those his cards, none.
So if there are any cards out there that are not signed that originated in this way, they are not the property of the seller, the player or anyone else.
It is bad enough that the player agreed to sign the cards and did not but to then either sell or give away the cards is ridiculous and should not be tolerated.
I said you might not agree with me, but that's how I feel.
I asked the seller to politely remove the auction and he would not, now that I am totally pissed, I will take the time to deal with eBay VEROS program and if the seller has problems with eBay because of it, he was asked to remove the item and would not.
I feel this is necessary to protect collectors who spend their money on legitimately putting their sets together.
