How long does it take for UD to issue a replacement?

I requested a replacement for this card, by phone, almost 3 months ago and they still haven't issued one. Is this normal?

Status: Replacement Requested
Status Date: 10/7/2009
 
I've waited for over 2 years on some redemtions from SPA and The Cup. They're all over the place with their redemptions....
I've heard some people have waited 2-3 weeks on their redemptions (which is awesome).... to months and years for some other folks (which isn't that much fun).

As for a replacement it shouldn't take more than 4-8 weeks...

Yikes, I have the same card that I'm waiting for. Let me know what happens because I'm now hesitant to ask for a replacement.
 
So a couple of 40 minute on-holds and some UD "technically difficulties" later here's the answer I get. The replacement manager has been overloaded but he's doing the hockey replacement this week (last week) and it should be on its way to you by Friday (Jan. 15).

Five days later and no status change. I don't think UD has a clue what to do about this.

This is the norm for them unfortunately.

No, I'm well aware UD has their heads so far up there a***s that its a miracle they can answer a phone but I've requested a replacement for this card three times, had a faux replacement issued, and now waited 3 and a half months for The Claw machine to pick something out of the dumpster. Redonkulous!!
 
carey price ultimate sig? seriously though, I still have had nothing and they said it's because my card value was higher than anything they had :S But seeing how yours got replaced I don't see how mine was that high.
