How long does it take for UD to issue a replacement?

Yea, it was kind of weird. The last time I called them they took down my list of preferred replacement players and said a replacement would be mailed in the next few days. Its possible they just got these back from Mario (they confirmed last year they were waiting on him to sign). Either way I'm happy although the value of this card has surely taken a hit with time.
