• Pekka Rinne, Nashville Predators, 2012-13, Gold Set 1 worn March 8, 2013 when the Predators shut out the Oilers 6-0, JH06453, retail price of $1750. Rinne is tied for first in the NHL with 5 shutouts.

• Sergei Bobrovsky, Philadelphia Flyers, 2011-12, White Set 3 / Playoffs, I03802, retail price of $995. Bobrovsky, playing with Columbus, is second in NHL in shutouts and save percentage.

• Brenden Morrow, Dallas Stars, 2011-12 White Set 2 w/C, I10163, retail price of $750. Morrow has been a key acquisition for the Eastern Conference leading Pittsburgh Penguins.

• Four Alex Ovechkin game used CCM U+ Crazy Light Sticks from the 2010-11 season. Each stick has a retail price of $895."

I bought one, I've seen over on gameworn.net two have been pulled, neither was the Ovi. I now have a 1 in 98 chance now.

Looking at the list of jerseys that was published AFTER the sale had closed, that might have been a wise decision... fingers crossed though.

I liked it because they were all pre-Reebok Edge jerseys. I hate Reebok Edge jerseys! Wouldn't mind an Ovi though... I'd move it immediately.

That is why I nearly jumped on it as well - there are always folks looking for a decent jersey, if even to wear to games, if you pull one of the lower end guys - likely lose a little bit but I would say the return on a bad players is still better than spending $300 on card wax.

I spent some money on some other PC items or I would have been on this one as well but, as I have said the last two grab bags offerings..."definitely next time!" (Note: I have still yet to pull the trigger...what a sissy..ha!)

Not a bad looking jersey, shows a touch of wear and a few small puck marks, but def not my first choice. Guess beginners luck didn't kick in this time. Maybe next time?
