First update of 2024! Not sure how many updates I'll have this year, but here we are... another year, another update :beer:

Nothing fancy this time around. Just something "new" with a Young Guns graded by KSA. I have picked up copies the Young Guns card graded by various grading companies for a fun side project within this collection. Maybe one day I'll add a TAG graded Young Guns...

Updating the collection with my 74th Enroth 1/1 card:

2009-10 Upper Deck The Cup Rookie Masterpieces UD Black Lettermen Autographed Cyan Printing Plate 1/1

This is my 24th rookie-year printing plate from The Cup. So glad to find another.

Another Enroth collector (not me) hoarded around 20+ plates early in 2009-10, so any of these The Cup Masterpieces plates have been a challenge to find over the years out in the wild.

This card was up for auction over in Stockholm, Sweden. Very cool to find a card from Enroth's hometown!

I agree, those cards were really special.

Updating the collection with one of Glenn's awesome Career Cloth custom booklet. I was beyond floored when he showed me this thing. Thanks again!

I also stumbled upon another cameo card recently when I saw Toffoli's 2016-17 Series 1 UD Canvas card. Enroth can be seen on the right-hand side of the card. A nice addition to my master collection for sure.

Updated the Enroth PC with my very first TAG Grading submission! It was submitted in person at the 2024 Spring Expo. I've always wanted to add one of their slabs to my graded Young Guns collection within the Enroth collection.

Was surprised to see it received a 9, so I'm very happy with the outcome. Great looking slabs, too!

Have you added anything from TAG in your collections yet?

Speaking of TAG.... I've updated the Enroth PC with another TAG graded card, which is a jersey number to boot!

2016-17 Upper Deck Series 2 UD Exclusives 35/100 - Tag Graded 9 Mint

This is the only jersey numbered Maple Leafs card Enroth has, which is a nice to have piece for my collection / Leafs fan. Not counting 1/1's, this is my 18th Jersey Numbered card for this collection. Enjoy! :beer:

Thank you so much, everyone! Yeah, it was a massive cards that I was so excited to receive for my collection. Simply amazing. I'll never get tired of adding another 1/1 card to the collection.

Added another unique card to the collection with this awesome 2023-24 Örebro HK SHL Swedish team issued card! Prior to this, I didn't know this card existed.

These cards were distributed / signed by the players at a 2024-25 preseason kick-off event in early August, which is where this copy came from. Team issued cards from this set were also distributed during the 2023-24 season for a select few players, but I am not sure if Enroth was one of them at that time. Either way, glad to have a copy of this card! Team issued cards can be very tough to track down, especially when they're located in Europe. I was lucky that a fan of the team was able to provide me with their copy for my collection.

Updating the collection with another signed card!

2012 Swedish Fair Play & Respekt Playing Cards - (Signed by Enroth)

For those who aren't aware, these 2012 Swedish playing cards were released by the Swedish Ice Hockey Federation (Svenska Ishockeyförbundet) as an educational tool to promote fair play and respect amongst your team members and opponents when playing hockey. Each card has a unique Q&A trivia question with various hockey-related scenarios a player may face on or off the ice.

This card is part of a 52-card deck of playing cards included various Swedish national team players from the Men's and Women's teams.

There was also another Fair Play & Respekt set released in 2006, containing 54 cards.

Recently added this unique President's Choice 1/1 card to my collection!

These cards feature the knob from the end of a stick. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe this piece of memorabilia was from 2010 - Quite possibly from Enroth's first NHL Win on November 6th, 2010. I've included a potential photo-match below:

This is the 76th 1/1 card in this collection.

Quite possibly my last thread update of 2024. What a nice way to end the year! Enjoy this update!
