New ITG Used Memorabilia Swatches not Matching to Player

Very cool, way to own the mistake and offer to resolve for those affected. I am sure others would not be here to both follow up or offer to fix the mistake.

Thanks for addressing these concerns, Gregg.

I'm sure most GU collectors would love and appreciate this feature on future Leaf cards. Make it happen!

In a perfect world each card would have a call out for which jersey we use, and I am working to get there, but we are using so much patch that some players we use multiple jerseys.

Really thrilled to see the way Leaf has stepped in, picking up the torch where ITG left off in terms of customer service.

Kudos to Cujofan2000 and LeafGregg for solving this one.

So it appears the Cujo patch cards actually contain patches from Al Arbour, a mix up in production. No malfeasance or harmful intent here folks, just a stupid, careless error and costly as Arbour jerseys are more expensive and harder to come by then Cujo. Anyway, I guess I will have to take a closer look, much closer, when I hand pack these products. At first glance I guess nothing seemed amiss. If anyone has these error cards please send them back and we will attempt to correct them with Cujo patches. We may also buy some off the market.

Good on you for getting to the bottom of this. As some have already pointed out this is all collectors can ask for. Transparency is appreciated. Mistakes do happen and collectors/people can understand that but it is how mistakes are addressed and I like how you have addressed the Cujo mistake. Just so you know both of the cards I showed in my original post were on eBay. They are the only two I have seen.

Nicely done Leaf. Made a mistake. Took responsibility for it. Got to the bottom of it. Offered to fix it. Can't ask for anything more. Textbook customer service.

Now that is some badass customer service!

And THAT'S why I passionately collect Leaf and ITG cards.

I have to agree . On another note , I so far pulled 2 redemption cards out of Leaf boxes ( 2014 Leaf Q Game-Worn Shoe AU Jimmy Connors & 2015 Leaf ITGU Game-Worn Jersey AU Eric Lindros ) , and both times I received the cards here in Europe within 2 weeks of redeeming them . That was excellent service. ;)
