In another thread, you mentioned that there would be 45 rookie carryovers for the early 2011-12 products. That's not enough to fill the usual 50 RCs UD uses in Victory, thanks to Panini's quickness in getting some of these guys in their late sets. In the past, UD had more than 50 players to choose from, and they made some adjustments to the checklists between the early sets (such as Artifacts).

Here is the complete list, it should be noted, Lee Sweatt is the last eligible rookie that can still get a card this year. These are the carryover for 11-12...

Guillaume Desbiens had RCs in 09-10 (SPA, SPX amongst others) and in 10-11, he showed up in SPX and SPGU with "rookies" again.

Oh yeah, forgot about that guy (so did UD ).

Let the confusion commence. 2011-12 Victory has been released, containing the first RCs of a ton of guys on the list above.

I have not seen a full checklist yet, but I can confirm that Alex Stalock is included in the set -- a non-RC. Given that the RC checklist is 49 cards in length (the 50th card is a Hodgson CL), I'm sure there will be other non-RCs in the set as well.

Thanks for the list! So, here's what we have:

11-12 RC eligible players: 47
11-12 Victory RC slots: 49

Alex Stalock and Jean-Philippe Levasseur are both non-RCs. Cards 201, 204, 214, 236, 237, 238, 242 are still unaccounted for. Yikes, was UD even trying to pay attention? Levasseur earned RCs in 10-11 Certified and Score!

The latter three are true-RCs, but Pielmeier is earning RCs in late 10-11 products.

What I find most interesting is that there are 47 eligible players -- looking over the lists, it appears that UD skipped Joel Martin.

There is also a 42-card rookie redemption list -- one for each team, with 12 wild cards. I'm not sure why the "Jets" card is listed as the second card in the set, with the Atlanta name still attached.

1) I did not include the RCs from Playoff Contenders, since print runs have not been officially released. The SP list from that set includes two players who do not appear anywhere above -- Zac Dalpe and Jeff Penner.

2) I have no idea why there are three skipped numbers in the Crown Royale set.
