Ok, sure. That's why he co-led Avs in points in 2012-13 season? I guess that was ONLY because of Duchene...

Come on people, he might not be a $4M player, but it's kinda funny how folks put him down and make him sound like he's nothing and he's done nothing and never will. For a guy who was a 9th round pick, I think he's done a fairly good job working his way up. Just my opinion.

Now they got rid of dead weight on the ice and in the bank in Leino and Erhoff they have cap room and all the pieces are coming together.

He's not the Brad Richards of ten years ago but he's a solid piece in an already strong team. Man, the west is going to be a warzone this season.
