Hi guys...

Just got two separate email notifications over the weekend for my last two redemptions in queue (although they are within the same ticket number and I don't know why they have to ship them separately..), however, when I checked the tracking info on the Fedex website, one of the destination is listed at Pittsburgh, PA... I live in Edmonton..

I tried to call their customer service and of course, no one answered the phone.

Have you guys experienced similar situation before?
 
ya panini sucks , i stopped buying there stuff a while back , still waiting for a card from 2011 lol i have called them so many times in the last 4 years and still no response

its a joke
 
Great... the status is now "delivered"... does that mean I just lost a card?

Perhaps they gave you the wrong tracking number....hopefully?
I'd email and call them. Does Vegaspuck still work for them? Message him on here and see if he knows anything.

After a few days of calling, emailing... I finally got a response:

Hi Patrick,

Sorry for the confusion. We figured it out. Somebody accidentally attached a tracking number to your ticket by mis-keying. Yours is still here and will go out shortly.
