It would be solved partly by the feature I really wish for, that is, besides "wish list" you'd also have "not for trade". As a clear example, my 2015-16 Series 1 base set is something I don't want to trade away but I don't want more of those either. Now with the "lock" I can lock them, sure, but I have to do that one-by-one and basically open every single card page to lock exactly one of each because obviously the duplicates are for trade. A situation where this problem raises is when you accidentally lock all of your cards and need to unlock some of them.

One solution currently is that if a card is not for trade, lock it. If it is not locked, it is for trade.

Yet another thing that would solve your problem would be a single switch: Every acquired card appears / doesn't appear in marketplace. That is, unless you explicitly mark the cards, they are locked/unlocked.

While the current iteration of Compendium turned out to be achievable with a 'reasonable' investment of time n money, if UD added another level like diamond that was say 10 times harder, I wonder if I'd be able to say that since no one else chases the Sedins like I do the card as good as doesn't exist. Define "doesn't exist".

By the way, the most rare card I'm aware of is 1997-98 Donruss Elite Prime Numbers Die-Cuts #11B Joe Sakic 0/300. The print run is exactly 0.

But the rub is that they do exist...COMC has to have copies of every card ready to ship, I got mine in 3 days.

Now "never redeemed" is a thing I could see, but UD would have to let us know who was never redeemed.

These are going to be tough because once s2 rolls out, people will move onto it. So you're looking at a 2ish month window to get a gold for your PC guy? I didn't even want to mess around and take the chance.

I'm on the hunt for base Gostisbehere. I only have like 30-40. One of those things I'll pick up every now and then when time permits. IM me for the username.
 
Taylor Hall wasn't in Series 1 so I did a rainbow of Tavares for Bossy22. I also was able to scoop up a lot of Henrique for lucscaps. As they were the only 2 cards I was after, it actually wasn't terribly hard. It helps that sometimes people are right up front giving 2 for 1 of their needs- you happen to have three of their guy and you now have 6 of who you need. (assuming they had 6 of your guy) It was actually a lot of fun chasing the gold. I ended up helping a Donskoi collector as well as a Domi guy as well. Compendium has been by far my most favorite Epack set. I ended up doing the Carbon FX and Net Destroyers sets for the acheivement cards.

Anyone have any idea when Series 2 is planned? March/April??

Also- still have a bunch of base including some blues and 22 Tavares base. oiler8 is my user id there as well.

I'm going to guess March 15th. There's three things I'll base this guess on
1) The final redemption date (or, deadline for big transforms, whatever) is Sept 30th. I'm estimating they sell Series 3 until that.
2) They seem to release on Wednesday.
3) As there is three set of Upper Deck (Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3 or whatever "SP Authentic Upper Deck Series 2 Update Set" it is officially) and we approximately know when the Series 2 will be released and since C1 was released a month after S1, C2 might easily be a month after S2.

Naturally this has absolutely nothing to do with official info.

Now there seems to be two guys going after those.

Lack of Coyotes collectors doesn't really surprise me, but I don't know anyone who is going after Ducks.

And the key here obviously is the entire team, not some "someone collects Max Domi / Ryan Getzlaf / yadda yadda yadda", I'm talking about the teams as the teams.
 
Finished the Canucks team set rainbows today, all 9 players in blue, red, and gold! Was actually kinda fun doing all the trading, and I had not much better to do at 4am every night while comforting little baby Henrik who does not like to sleep at all at night :)

Heh, congrats! Hope you're getting a bit more sleep this week. Methinks UD needs to find some way to promote ePack in evert maternity ward across Canada :)

Sleep is getting more plentiful by the week.... we just hit week 4, so I'm not doing ePack as much as I had been. Of course it's nearly 3 AM and I'm posting on HI though....
