Private auto session with Wayne Gretzky

That's pretty sweet. A friend of mine at work has been wanting to get something for the hubby for Christmas, so I just sent her the link.

I don't think he's out of line with the $99 for an 8 x 10. The other stuff is pretty high though. $200 for a puck seems like a lot. Though when you think about it when are you going to run into Gretzky?!?!

I have a book about the 1987 Canada Cup tourney that when I bought it, I thought it would be interesting to try and get different player autographs in it of the guys that played. Well, between the guys that have been to the Expo, and to Frozen Pond, and with signings such as this, I figure it'll cost me about $2,000 just to get Team Canada.

I gave up on that one quick.

At least Hawerchuk signed it for free.

I do think the $99 for a signed photo is decent though.

Edit: note, he is charging $200 for a 'playing card'... not sure if I would get him to sign the Joker or 3 of clubs for that amount. I guess they mean anything of card size, including custom cards and base cards.

Keep in mind that he is doing this to raise money for his foundation so the prices are more about a donation with some return than simply buying a piece of memoribilia.
