Private auto session with Wayne Gretzky

This is interesting to me, as when we acquired the Robert Thomas Collection last year, one of the neat asides was a whole bunch of late 80s/early 90s unsigned 8x10s. There were a TON of really cool Gretzkys, including some awesome All-Star shots and such. Maybe I'll send in a few for the store.

i sent in the request for an auto of an 8x10 and received an email back from WG Authentic..here it is:

Hi Robert,



I wanted to inform you that the pricing that we’ve got listed for 8x10 photos is incorrect. We are in the process of changing it to what it should have been listed at. 8x10 photos sent from you to us as part of this private signing event are $199.



Sorry for the confusion. Please let me know if you would still like to proceed in participating in the private signing. Note, that we will not be charging the $199 until after the signing has taken place, at which point we will contact you for payment prior to return shipping.

$200 for an autopen? Sorry, I think he's great and all but I wouldn't even pay $99 for his graph on a photo or any other item at this point.

I am not sure if I am reading it right, but a signed jersey is only $799?? It says it comes with Gretzky's name and number so I assume it is a signature? If so that's a pretty good deal.

Well they charge $399 to sign your jersey so that must mean they want $400 for the authentic jersey by itself.
