If that were the case then this warning should have been issued on page three. I guess going on a witch hunt against ebay sellers is an accepted form of respect.

I'd have zero issue with anything you'd have to say about Heatley's actions that killed Dan Snyder. But again, what does THAT have to do with this discussion?

I have no issue with the fact that people will sell Luc Bourdon cards after his death. They were selling them BEFORE his death! What I cannot stand, is USING his death as a means to make a quick buck by adding things like "Died today" in a subtitle. If you're ok with that, then I think you have no class. It's my opinion, plain and simple

Well, I'll amend that -- she's TRYING to get rid of everything. With those kinds of prices, nothing's going to sell. She's simply fishing for people to jump on the "dead guy" bandwagon. Extremely pathetic and disrespectful.
 
That one smouchy person is amazing. Plates, patches, autos, everything.

You'd think someone would be proud of being able to have such a complete collection of a tragic hockey figure. Nope.

After saying to the contrary, I'm thinking I'm going to relist Bourdon's cards in my eBay store and donate the entire sale to charity, the moment that I find a charity that is relevant and supported via Missionfish. I couldn't find any Canadian hockey charities there, and I think people would wonder if I'm really donating if I don't make it a GivingWorks listing.

Thanks for the information, Michael. I saw that a lot of people have been donating $28 (his jersey number), so I made that donation today.
 
"The Canucks also received word that the individual who won Luc’s sweater at the “Jersey off our Back’s Event” on April 5th has generously contacted the organization to give Luc’s last jersey to his family."

There's a really nice gesture... no profiting and trying to sell the jersey. Really classy move... jersey of the last game he played.
 
I know this is late but my condolences are extended to Luc's family and friends.
