TAG...sold out???

It seems that every time I go to use the website to try and make a submission, they are "sold out". I visit the site generally once a month and haven't been able to put in my second submission. Anyone else have the same issue?

There should be X available anytime. If you want the 1000 point service S, it typically sells out early in the month. It takes a fair bit of human QA, so they limit how much they take in each month
