Belfour.jpg

Ed Belfour stopped in this morning at the little Panini's to sign his Dominion cards and talk some hobby.

I am hoping it's only 1 sheet of stickers he is signing... looks like 13 rows, 4 across means only 52 stickers out there.
52 is a lot better than 100 or 200 or 500 like some company we know.

Is it just me, or is there something wrong with that picture? Belfour is sitting in front of a stack of cards, yet he is signing stickers?

I'm betting (hoping) it's for future releases in next year's stuff, and not for this years, since most of it is out already.

Kind of like how UD and ITG have some extra stickers of other players. Less redemptions, etc.

Clint, that must've been insane watching him sign and getting to talk to him. I met Ed Belfour once and he was beyond awesome to talk to!

I'd do the same thing. You actually have Ed Belfour in your office signing cards that are made right now, get him to sign some stickers so you don't have to chase after him later.

Although, I find it impressive that he came to Panini Head Office to sign cards at all.

geez debbie downer... it's not all bad. Good to see belfour signing... and better yet, cards with him in his best looking uniform. :stars:

Thanks for the post!

" let's pay them this much money then get them to sign a sticker so they don't damage our product "
It's weird, pile of cards in front of him, which might all be of Belfour, yet dish'in out the insult of bringing him in and getting him to sign stickers

It's no wonder players sometimes take their time (or just don't) return their autos. If someone put that many cards/sticker sheets in front of me and asked me to sign them I'd say, "F*** that!"

I know they are fairly compensated for their time, but that's ludicrous.

OMG, you guys can find the black cloud in any situation. We always have the athletes sign an extra sheet of stickers for the future if we can. Ed grabbed those first to "get them out of the way" then he signed his cards.
