OMG, you guys can find the black cloud in any situation. We always have the athletes sign an extra sheet of stickers for the future if we can. Ed grabbed those first to "get them out of the way" then he signed his cards.

thanks for this thread, as a casual collector I havent seen much "behind the scenes" stuff, and I thought this was pretty neato.

It's awesome that he would come in and sign, and even greater to show this to the masses.

I asked this on the facebook picture posted, but are we going to see a preview of what Eddie signed that day? I am curious if he signed a "private Signings' card, or even 2 like Joe did last week. Thanks.

Rich

I guess it's just a lesson in marketing 101. With all the negativity around sticker autos just think what a positive image of him signing the actual cards would have produced.

seems your dammed if you do and your dammed if you don't. It's just cool to see him sign.

I guess since I don't have a marketing degree I'll just keep those behind the scenes pics to myself and my buddies from now on.

Wow - a lot of negativity in this thread for no reason - thanks for sharing the photos. It's always interesting to see the work that goes into the cards.

Oh and...LETS GO SIOUX!

Don't understand all the complaining. We should be happy that we have another athlete signing for an NHL licensed product. We haven't seen Belfour autos in about 5 years

thanks for the pic!

This guy goes out of his way to give you behind the scenes looks, and inside information, and extra help NONE OF WHICH HE HAS TO DO, and half the time he gets negativity in return. Can we cut the complaining people?

Thanks for sharing, always cool to see any behind the scenes looks!

If everybody would quit complaining about the complaining, we would have a lot less complaining. LOL. I was merely pointing out the fact they chose to use a picture of him signing stickers rather than one of him signing the cards. Good grief, get a grip people. LOL

I personally hope these behind the scene photo's continue.

I for appreciate everything Panini has done for us, and is doing. I have only opened panini this year and that doesn't look to be changing any time soon.

Thank you bulldog and PHX.

It's not a press release, look for that kind of stuff on the blog. I was just trying to give you guys a glimpse of what was going on here at the mother ship.

Haters 'gon hate, man.

I appreciate Panini having someone here to deal with all the complaints; at least we know we're being heard.

I can't believe people came in here whining... It's clear he will have some hard-signed stuff and some stickers for future releases.

Instead of applauding Panini for a neat look behind the scenes people have to find something to complain about. We aren't far off before someone whines about a blue sharpie instead of a black one.

People are too tightly wound here now it
