Last year at the Industry Summit in Vegas, I asked PSA about last years show. They stated that they had too many issues with customs and didn't want to pursue Canadian shows. Hopefully they changed their mind

I don't know why these companies (PSA, PSA/DNA, BGS) don't set up Canadian offices. The demand is there...

Agreed.. I'm tired of getting hosed on return shipping from PSA.. But don't want to use KSA either.. Pls open a Canadian office PSA.. You guys rock!

We are working on a few things and hopefully with be able to announce what companies are coming. I will let you all know once we have the paper work done. If you have not heard yet Saturday we have Ray Bourque signing and then on Sunday we have Johnny Bower and Grant Fuhr.

You guys also have to remember that the demand actually isn't in canada. Sure maybe for Hockey but the other three major sports it isn't. Football, Baseball, and basketball collecting is much bigger in the states.

I'm not in Canada, but there is demand for PSA, regardless of the sport. Doesn't mean they need to set up a huge operation, but there must be a way they can set up shop at a smaller scale and get more business. KSA is alive and kicking, I'm sure PSA can squash them if they opened up a small branch in Canada

Will these type of companies just slab cards, without grading them? Say, just put the year. product, player name, serial#?

If yes, anyone got an idea what this would cost?

I believe Beckett does. Not sure about PSA

Beckett wil slab and just say Authentic for the card
