Simple. His four UFC fights are among the top 10 highest PPV buys in company history. He's a draw pure and simple.
I really thought poor Bisping had died, that was the hardest I've seen someone get hit...
I am wonder who bleed all over the ring in the prelimps.
Watch Belfort VS Lindland from Affliction in January of this year. Lindland made Bisping look like nothing.
On cbssports Denny Burkholder mentions that more than Lesnar's lack of class the bigger threat to MMA are "dangerous cheap shots after the buzzer or vicious elbows to a clearly unconscious opponent. You know, like Dan Henderson landed on Michael Bisping on Saturday. Well-respected, soft-spoken Dan Henderson not only took a measured cheap shot on a motionless opponent, but he largely got away with it, uncriticized. Sure, the ref could have stopped it earlier. But Henderson's been around MMA forever. You think he didn't know Bisping was out cold?"
Henderson's late hit reminded me a lot of Rampage continuing to throw after Wanderlei was clearly out in December. I think that these are classless; punk actions by those two; and that the only reason that Rampage didn't and Henderson won't (he actually won Knockout of the Night; and 100K) is because of who they are. If those actions were perpetrated by a relative newcomer they would have been suspended or fired.
Should Hendo have stopped? Probably, yet how many times have we seen a fight not called by the ref and the guy got back up and continued to fight. As a fighter you keep fighting until a bell rings, or a ref stops you. The ref in that fight totally dropped the ball in my opinion. Rampage I think was being held already when he continued to throw, he SHOULD have been in trouble. Didn't Babalu do that with a submission, and was fired?

Something tells me you have never been in a fight......
Exactly, the rule is you keep going until the ref stops you. Rampage was being held while he was throwing those extra hits, but Yves was only holding him, he wasn't trying to pull him back. The correct thing for Lavine to do was to get in between both fighters as soon as he felt Wandy was out and cover him. he shouldn't have tried to pull Quinton off from behind.
Mazzagati's stoppage of the first Mir/Lesnar fight was terrible! Brock tapped on Mir two times, Mazzagatti just stood there and looked like he was more concerned about his own mustache, and Brock was forced to tap again. IMO, Steve should have been disciplined for that.
Babalou held the choke way too long on David Heath. If I remember right, he was fined $20,000 by the Athletic Commission, and the UFC fired him.

What the hell does that have to do with his comment? If you have nothing nice to say then leave.
Hendo was doing what he had to do until the ref stopped it plain and simple.
