I know most of you guys probably hate lesner now but I think he is gonna make the perfect villan. I don't blame him for fingering the crown either. I would have done the same thing if I was getting booed by the crowd.

I still like him former WWFer or not. Dude has incredible athleticism for his size. Also, he isn't the most technical guy, but he is apparently a sponge and working his butt off trying to learn as much as he can.

Do I really need to spell it out like others have done already? Fine, if you've ever been in a fight, you know the adrenaline is going and you don't stop until you know your opponent is done fighting back, or in an organized fight you don't stop until the ref stops it. Is that better?

So Henderson saying "I knew he was out; and normally I stop, but I threw that one to shut him up". All this tells me is that he wasn't in the heat of battle, he could have stopped, but chose not to. That's not potentially dangerous to the sport, it just shows that even one of the most well respected fighters in the world can show a lack of class and sportsmanship sometimes.

Watch the replay slowly after the KO punch he even kisses his glove before the cheap shot on the way down.

As seen in this gif.

Still it was a legal blow. Normally Hendo wouldn't have done that but probably 80% of the other fighters would have landed it also, so I think its a mute point.

Bisping has a big mouth, and he talked a lot of smack on the TV show. He had it coming, and I have no problem with Henderson giving him an extra shot. Hendo took a lot of crap from him and he paid him back the right way - knocked him the hell out and gave him one for good measure. If the guy didn't deserve it I might say it was cheap, but Bisping had it coming.

You think he kissed his glove? Come on, really? Looks to me like he was wiping his mouth which a lot of guys do tons of times during every fight.

I think he kissed it, as it seems to be the general consensus on alot of fight boards I frequent. He also said he knew immediately that he was KTFO, which I imagine was very easy to tell.

Still makes me sad he didn't wear the Hulk Fists to the ring like he did in Pride, I believe during the LHW tournament? Can't remember but that was classic.

A couple of other things about the show...

Buffer doing the Buffer 360 was funny as hell!

If Brock was one of my fighters and he said what he said about my main sponsor like that, he wouldn't get a paycheck for that fight. He's lucky he only got a tounge lashing from Dana for it, 'cause I'm sure Dana got more than a simple "I'm upset about that" from Bud Light.

I didn't watch the show at home, I went to my buddy's pizza place and I was amazed at how educated most people were regarding MMA. Just about everyone I talked to knew who Fedor was. Last year, I would say MAYBE one in a hundred knew his name. It really shows how much the sport is actually growing.

Are you going to the KOTC show on 8/15? We have a show at the Comcast Arena that night.

LOL @ the Buffer 360. I nearly fell out of my seat at the arena when I saw it.

The Miller/Danzig fight was awesome, the crowd was really behind Coleman when it started to look like he was going to pull it off. And seeing Jon Jones throw a submission was a bit of a surprise.

Seeing a fight live is incredible, you just don't get the same feeling through a TV screen. When Bisping got KTFO I swear the arena was about to collapse. When I saw it on video, you just simply couldn't get the true reaction of the crowd.

The funniest thing is how many people hated Brock, but on my way back to the hotel, the amount of people saying his post fight interview was one the funniest things they've heard in the octagon.

Yeah but did anyone know of Yoshihiro Akiyama? Because no one at my house did. And they only know of Fedor because I have like 3 Fedor Affliction shirts and forced them to watch both Affliction PPVs lol. But now they are kissing butt since TSN has been posting that UFC is trying to sign Fedor.

Saw a reverse angle of the replay for the Bisping knock out. Looked like Hendo barely touched his own chin before landing the second punch so I don't think he was trying to kiss the fist.

I don't think he kissed his glove either. Neither does any of my buddies.
