Everyone knows about the 2 plus year wait for Cassell to sign, after getting no where with the phone reps, their promises and down right lies, I went higher up.

Received the card the he promised which was a triple Bulls auto-which he chose by the way

Goodness, all of that for a Cassell auto? Although I'm sure some of it has to do with the inexcusably long delay, it still seems like the replacements are a VERY nice ROI for the two-year wait
