A Great priced addition to the GU collection

I went to the Worcester Sharks and Springfield Falcons game in Springfield with some friends. During the second intermission we were walking around and i noticed some Game Used and some wrapped new sticks at one of the merchandise stands. Upon looking at them i saw a couple were Dane Byers sticks. Byers happens to by the Cousin of former Bruin and Shark Lyndon Byers. So we asked the woman at the stand how much they were. She said "$35 for the ones out of the plastic and $65 for the ones in plastic." They were all lefty sticks, so i wasn't going to buy a new one.I ended up grabbing one of the two Byers ones, as he is one of the players i follow. So for 35 bucks, i ended up with this Reebok Ai9 stick....

And a picture of Byers using a similar Ai9 Stick, not sure if its the exact one but it could be.

Yep -- a stick like that for the price is great -- the Preds have a yearly " yard sale " to move out extra equipment and over the hill stuff-- a ton of the new stuff gets picked up by the local college , high school players and teams -- great unused sticks for less than you could buy online
