Cup Faker Alert: Has Kenny Ao resurfaced (The Infamous Patch Faker)???

Hey Jeremy and Dean....I may need your help with this one:

Can anyone vouch for this seller? This guy has sold 4 back-to-back stunning CUP RC's from different years - but that isn't the fishy part. A few weeks ago I emailed them to inquire about two of the cards and also to see if they were planning on selling any more nice ones in the future. I received a fairly normal reply stating "I don't have many nice cup cards, the ones I'm selling are all I have. I originally pulled them all." That all sounded fine.

Then 2 weeks later he listed another crazy CUP patch, and wouldn't answer my emails about it. Now this week they have just listed another beauty - a Mike Richards 3-color (the link above). Now anyone who follows 05-06 Cup RC's knows that 3-color Richards cards are EXTREMELY tough to find. When I noticed the Richards last night my stomach sank......there's something not quite right here.

Any help anyone? If this seller is 100% legit, please accept my sincere apologies. I'm just a big Cup RC buyer and this type of stuff scares the crap out of me.

I hope for the life of me that this isn't him, but it doesn't look good. He does seem to have a lot of feedback for someone that I thought quit the hobby. Perhaps he had another account in action with the other two as well?
 
Thats the card I was watching. I have been watching Richards Cup cards for years now and know of four legit 3 colour cards. My gut tells me this is a fake considering the seller and the scarcity of the cards.
 
My gut says it isn't him b/c with my dealings with him he didn't have that much variety in his collection, but perhaps he changed his collection around to have us fooled?? Someone really needs to teach this guy a lesson if it is him.
 
Well this really situation sucks b/c on one hand I wanted to pick up a Richards 3 colour cup rookie (I stupidly sold mine last year regretting it immediately!) but on the other hand I would always question the authenticity of this card if I bought it.....this forging crap really makes the hobby suck. Unless someone can vouche for this guy I'm out I guess.
 
Seller had also a fake 07/08 Sidney crosby logo a few weeks back..... part of the "250" Logo. I have a picture of all six logos containing the "250" and sellers serial # did not match to any of the six.

This seller pathes are also very questionable frozenfour67 .... also from the Toronto region. It is also funny that once these cards get sold the pictures are no longer available in completed listings " photobuckett photo no longer available". His Malkin 06/07 SPA PATCH is nice, too nice. As a Penguin collector, the little guy inside me has some doubts. I hope he's wrong but he's usually right about these things.

I'm 99% sure (actually closer to 100) he was one of the people involved in the "fake patch" episode on this site before. When that all went down before, I had him in my favorite sellers with a note "patch faker" below it. Low and behold, thats the name on my list now.

That Richards card if it is numbered 109 was an all white patch.....I remember trying to buy it when it can up on ebay at least a year ago.....that number really stuck out to me for some reason...
 
Someone file charges against this guy already. I can't believe I considered this bozo a friend and used to deal with him pretty much exclusively in the past.
 
Kenny Ao is a patch faker? I thought he was a good trader/ upstanding member here? When did this happen?

frozenfour67 is most definitely Kenny...Our EVER-FAMOUS "BUSTED" patch faker!!! So everyone stay away from his auctions!!!

I'd also venture to say this parkhurst1952 is selling fakes as well!! Stay away from this guys auctions as well!! Anytime you see a guy removing his auction immediately after the items sold....somethings up. There is absolutely no reason good enough to tell me why on earth you'd takeo ff the pics of the cards right after the auction. This stuff makes me sick to my stomach....
