Does someone know why there are no purple parralels #36 and #86 for 2017 goodwin champions?

Feels it's kind of a challenge to get but not sure how!

Not sure on card 36 but all 86 Al Franken cards were pulled from epacks with the sexual harassment allegations the are surrounding him
