Very irritated on this one. Sends me an expensive 1/1 in a snap case in a white envelope AND it arrives with postage due! :badmood: :| :curse:
I scolded them on their shipping technique (and I did get my shipping charges refunded, for whatever that's worth). :rolleyes:

Same guy got me too jolanhlaugust13. Panini sticker with $2.99 shipping for a penny sleeve, flimsy cardboard (cut up shirt box maybe), in a PWE....

Here is my recent clash
won 3 auctions total was $6.50 for combined shipping, I was ok with this even though it was high. Until the Items came shippped in PWE, had to cut 1 card from top loader. Guy was a complete tool, insulted me when I questioned him, he was mad that I got the cards cheap.
I hammered him on his DSR's

No mention of PWE, I did ask for a $3 refund. Didn't get it.
I told him that I was ok until I got the PWE, and he was clearly gouging me for extra money. His cost to ship was a $1.18 cdn.
 
99noah99 shipped me a Jamie Benn YG in a PWE today... $2.00 shipping but still, for someone who put a business card in their envelope as "The Hockey Card Guy", I wasn't impressed.
 
Received one today from Waterloo On.. Shipped in a PWE in a toploader with decoy taped. paid 3.50 for s&h. Also put down MA instead of ME for state, good thing the Post paid attention because obviously the seller didnt.

good idea for a sticky - I'm just new to the board obv but would NEVER send any card with a value over .50c in a lame white envelope. Can't believe people are that dumb :(

sent me a Weight Winning Materials Jersey auto, charged $2.50 for shipping, card arrived in a PWE with topholder but it slipped out of the top holder and has about 5 creases. Accepts no returns, just messaged to see what he'll do

Same deal for me from this seller. I don't recall Paul doing this in the past, but I guess that is the norm at the moment, which is disappointing.

I just picked up a card the other day from this seller... Still ships in PWE, claims it gets to the buyer quicker.
 
THREE in the past month! B to the RUTAL!

auction2deal - says he has a tough time getting bubble mailers
bbziggy1 - says he ran out of bubble envelopes
hockeykings - just got this one today so I haven't heard his excuse

All 3 cards arrived unscathed (barely), but I find it disappointing that people will cut costs/become lazy/just don't give a crap/justify it/pick one.

Have the balls to put it in your auction that you use PWE's. I dare you.
