It's a rule ebay has adopted...at least they changed it from letting sellers end auctions minutes before the actual ending time.

The best part is that there is no picture. I ended bidding on one of his cards one time, it was a Schaub card I wanted. He ended it early, ebay sent a email that I had won the card and he sent me an email after I had paid telling me I was not getting the card and refunded my money. He then said If I wanted the card I was to send more money. What a tool.
